Stranger Still
Strange are the things we will do to get a baby to stop crying. Stranger still are which of those things actually work. Rolan has been throwing fits the last two days, very loud high pitched cries that only go away with immediate responses and focused entertainment. Unless he's fed, dry, being held, walked around, bounced just right and being sang a jaunty tune... he's not happy. However, I can usually get him to stop crying by laying him on his back over my knees, with his head hanging over the side so he can watch the fish upside-down. What a weird kid.

That's funny! I had forgotten until I read this, but I used to hang Soren upside down to get him to stop crying, too. Funny the things that work sometimes.

How true lol- Sounds a bout right- there is that very funny patch when almost nothing makes them happy, but the most random things lol. With Sabine it was putting things on my head and meowing loudly with funny expressions on my face. Thank god no one else saw me but her during those times LOL.
This made me laugh out loud! (Although I know it's not exactly funny when they're screaming) It must have been a mother who coined the phrase "Never a dull moment..."
