I copied this from Green Eggs and Ham by pencil and then painted it with acrylics. This is my favorite page from that book.
These are four little canvas squares with jungle animals doing human activities. And just so you don't have to guess, the giraffe is wearing water wings.
Rolan's name, wood letters, painted by me.
This is a family collage I just put together.
This is the first (and last) quilt I ever made. I used a bunch of Rolan's receiving blankets since they were getting too small for him and I have a ton. I designed about 12 different blankets on graph paper before Clayton and I voted on this one.
I've also been working on a scrapbook since Rolan was born. I'm almost done with his 0-6 month one and I haven't started a new one yet... I'm very behind. Clayton and I also just bought the wood for the growth chart I'm going to paint for Rolan's room. And now with our fantastic new living quarters, I have room for all my art supplies!
Life is good.

I love your quilt- and your girafe idea is a great one! I miss my crafting- too busy wishing I had 8 arms now.........maybe in a few years lol :-)
I love it that you're crafting. I'm all for any kind of creativity, but I'm even more impressed that you toot your own horn! That's confidence!
You are quite the artist. I'm lovin' the giraffe. I hope we get to see a picture of the finished product!
